About Me
Hi, I'm Anna Riordan, owner of AER Marketing. I’m a membership marketing professional with over 20 years of experience helping practitioners, small organisations and professional bodies grow with confidence.
I developed Member Marketing Services because I kept seeing the same gap. Member organisations invest heavily in training, certification and representation, but the question of how members actually attract and retain the people they serve is not addressed. Until now, that gap has been hard to fill for the organisations that represent them.

Marketing professional services is different. Whether your members are solicitors, healthcare practitioners, charities, coaches or consultants, they operate within frameworks of ethics, regulation and professional standards that generic marketing advice doesn't account for. I've spent years working within these sectors, learning the language, the boundaries and what actually works.

Your members work directly with me, Anna, someone who already understands their profession and is genuinely experienced in their profession. Administration is carried out by the team, but all training and liaison is handled by me.
